Where to start?

As someone with no medical background, I’m trying to navigate so much information right now that I am not sure which way to turn.

Should I begin with a Spike Protein Protocol?

Or a Covid Prevention Protocol?

Should I wait to find an aligned doctor (who knows how long that will take) or begin a protocol while I search?

I want to start taking action for my family as soon as possible, but not rush forward from a place of panic and do the wrong thing.

Would really appreciate any wisdom you have for an overwhelmed newbie.

Hi Penelope, I felt exactly how you felt (and still do). I started with the I-Prevent in June this year and am still on it. I contacted my naturopath and told her what I was taking.

I still wonder now if I should have done the I-Recover. I’m still lost about it all.

Thanks for sharing that. I’m sure we’re not the only ones!

Sounds like you’re taking good steps already.

As someone also with no medical background haha, I would say it maybe depends on how much time has passed since the shot / exposure to someone potentially shedding, and what you are most concerned about? If you are more concerned about the spike protein from the shot / shedding exposure, maybe start with that. If you are more concerned with COVID prevention, start with that. I think, as long as you don’t have any other issues that might complicate things, you could probably start with the non-Rx therapies like adding certain supplements into the daily regimen, etc. If you’re really worried about it, you could always start with a lower dosage as well. Some of them are pretty common anyway, like vitamin D, and you could always ask your current doctor about it under the guise of boosting the immune system headed into flu season, or something along those lines (which isn’t really inaccurate). That way you can at least rule out any contraindications with medication your family may already be taking

Thanks for the ideas of how to prioritize. I appreciate your feedback

I’m not a medical professional, but I would suggest taking a look at the prevention protocol and implement the pieces of that which resonate with you. : I-PREVENT: COVID, Flu and RSV - Independent Medical Alliance

For me personally, I frequently take blackseed oil, zinc & quercitin. Also Vitamin C. Not daily, but most days. If I’m somewhere with a lot of people where I might get exposed to a virus, when I come home I gargle with listerine (I like the no alchohol one, doesn’t burn) and use the Xlear nasal spray. With that routine (and occassional ivermectin if I’ve been definately exposed), I’ve only been sick twice in 4 years. Never tested positive for Covid.

If you’ve had the vaccine, I would look at that protocol and do some of that detoxing – maybe starting with something simple and easy like the nattokinase. Really depends on what symptoms. If it were me, I would probably consult with one of the docs on the FLCCC list if I was having significant vaccine injury symptoms. Here is the protocol I-RECOVER: Post-Vaccine Treatment - Independent Medical Alliance

Thanks so much for your response and the helpful info.
