What do you think—trust the IMA doctors or the NYT headlines?

Yesterday the IMA released a statement from President and Chief Medical Officer Dr. Joseph Varon, in response to the New York Times attack news story on Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) Chairman and IMA Senior Fellow Dr. Kirk Milhoan.

The New York Times has published a hit piece on Dr. Milhoan for holding a truly radical position in modern medicine: that patients and doctors should decide medical care together. This apparently now qualifies as extremism.

Did you know you were an extremist? An extremest for the truth maybe? Your thoughts?

Optimally, the NYT would see the value of robust person/healthcare provider decision making to excellent public health.

Thanks and good health, Weogo

UHHH. Is this even a question? Only lunatic liberals would take anything printed in the NYT as anywhere near the truth. All the news fit to print has long ago went out the window.

@vegandan There’s a UK comedy show, *The Catherine Tate Show, where the brilliant Catherine Tate has a *character who often explodes with mock indignation: “How very dare you!”

So in response I answer “How very dare you!” suggest there is a bias in the MSM? :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:
