Are there blood tests my primary care doctor can perform so i can find out what i am missing to make my body the best it can be. So far i obtained my vit d3 level . where can i find a list of tests to get performed??

Yes marthajean I was irritated to say the least when my med insurance provider sent a message via email. First I had to remember how the heck to log in as I do not like using this online method but wanted to see what they had to say. Especially since I got several calls in recent weeks and did not return figuring it was nothing important. Well that is what the frigging email message was, telling me how scary the flu is and that I need a vax plus a vax for several other things oh and that I was also behind on a colon screening. How irritating especially they were wrong I had the lab stool colon screening a year ago and was fine as I would expect ! My partner reminded me to not get so agitated that they are simply a greedy capitalist business and are trying to make money. I am 65 yrs old never had the flu vax and had the flu 1 x in my life ! I have been into organic and healthy before it became in vogue. and even am a Gardner with a food forest. Spent most of my adult life running 5 miles a day. Fired 3 of my pcp’s in last 4 yrs because they looked so ‘SAD’ UN-healthy and were pushing stupid things like experimental things that I had decided in 2019 before it even hit that I was not going to let the calvery take me out like my ancestors with their modern day poison laden blankets, I’d rather freeze to death, thank you.
