Vax injury, pacemaker and micro-clots - any suggestions for exercises?

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some exercises for my 75 year old dad who suffered bad vax injury and needed a pacemaker as result. He is now thankfully being successfully treated by Dr Kory’s clinic and I cannot thank them enough, he is now on the road to recovery. Like many vax-injured patients he is dealing with micro-clotting and micro-coagulation issues.

Would anyone know of any good resource to find appropriate fitness exercises to do on a daily basis specifically designed to help covid-injured people?

We are training 5 days a week and are currently doing some low impact exercises and some light weights and sometimes I feel some exercises are still not appropriate such as bending down or exercises on all fours, even squats with arm lifts can be an issue . Some mat exercises such as leg lifts seem also a bit problematic. I’d like to insure our routines are 100% safe.

I’d love to find a resource or a trainer that could provide some guidance. Could anyone share their experience or know of any good resource/trainer?

Hi, I’d like to suggest that your dad try QiGong exercises. They are very gentle and have many good health effects. A certified instructor would know how to modify these exercises if necessary for your dad. From what I know about QiGong, I believe it would be generally applicable for helping folks suffering from any of a great variety of illnesses. For example, one of the ancient exercises focuses on lung and large intestine; another focuses on spleen and stomach; and there are others involving movements to help healing of heart and small intestine, of liver and gall bladder, of kidney and bladder, etc. They all encourage relaxation and a focus on breathing, movement, and mind intent. These exercises I am mentioning are part of a series called “The Basic 8.” There’s another set of exercises called “The Golden 8.”

QiGong is a self-healing martial art, the progenitor of Tai Chi.

The instructor I know lives in California, but he teaches an online (zoom) course. His name is Henry Jun Wah Lee, and he has a website. You will be able to find him on the web.

I’m somewhat familiar with some Qigong sequences, including the 8 Brocades, and it now makes perfect sense to incorporate these kinds of exercises into his daily routine. Hi, I don’t have Covid related HBP but over the last several years it has creeped up a bit. My integrative doc suggested I take BP Nat Relief from NatRelief.com. He told me to only take it a few times a week, that it was pretty powerful and that many people who take it can eventually go off of it at least for long stretches if not permanently. I bought some and was skeptical about it being powerful so I was a little lax in scheduling how often I took it. One day, after I had take maybe 3 in a row or several in a week I was feeling a little off. I sat down to take my BP and, sure enough, it was low - too low for me. Since then, I’m more respectful of its power and I take it 1-3 times a week. Never had a supplement give me such clear results. Everyone is different, it didn’t work for my husband but might work for you.
