Has anything been done to sue hospital employers that made us get the vaccine or lose our job. All the while telling us the vaccine was safe?
I have heard nothing and no lawyer that I have spoken to is willing to take on employers who mandated. I would love to sue the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for requiring it of public safety personnel and nurses working for the state. So many good people lost their jobs and the others who were coerced to take it are now suffering horrible health consequences. I will never forgive them! #NoAmnesty #NeverAgain
I’m thinking that most employment is at will and the employers have the right to make conditional your employment unless it violates a particular law, like discrimination. If your employment is contractual, then you probably have a claim of contract breach. But I am not a lawyer so grain of salt.
