I’m trying to find a vaccine friendly pediatrician in the Wilmington, Delaware area. Please list any recommendations.

My assumption, I could be wrong, is that she is referring to a doctor who will not give her a lot of grief for not taking the jab. I fired my PCP back in 2020 because he wouldn’t prescribe IVM for my emergency kit. He was not IVM friendly.
