I have received emails with hot links to a comment in communities, etc., but the links only go to the flccc.net home page rather than back into communities. Even within communities, all attempts to respond, etc. go back to the home page. (Flccc.net….our regular home page)
I’m so sorry @joycekamen , I did not see this until now. I was monitoring the feedback and support forums, but not this one.
You must be logged in to see the Communities system, so we can keep it hidden from the public for now. Any attempts at going to Communities via external links or anywhere else, will result in a redirect back to the main site. This is not how it will work in production, but is a quirk of being in a hidden testing phase.
Before coming to Communities, make sure you are logged in via https://flccc.net/login. After login, you will be redirected to the communities system automatically. Then any links you do click should bring you to where you need to go, or you can look at your Notifications, which will also have your alerts with links.
