Every year, millions of us set fitness as our top New Year’s resolution, and every year, most of us fall off by February (or let’s be honest… week 3
).
Why is it so hard to stick with?
Are we committing to things we secretly hate?
Would going public with our goals help us stay accountable?
I exercise every day, usually walking and stretching … but I keep procrastinating when it comes to getting back into strength training. So I went looking for something to help and came across a free site I really liked. (Just sharing personally - no affiliation or conflict of interest!)
It’s called Darebee.com - and I love how it offers daily workouts, lets you create a routine or follow a set program, and is really approachable.
What about you? Do you have a fitness routine you actually stick to? What’s your secret?
