Spike Antibody reference ranges

I have run my first spike antibody test and would love to hear what people would consider a normal reference range.

Thanks!

Hi Rosie,

Thanks for your post. Upon a search of our website, this is what I have found for you:

There are different opinions on whether this test is useful or not and whether knowing this number would change a course of prevention or treatment. It is best to screen your body for overall inflammation such as a gut analysis, hormones, vitamin D, etc. Focusing on healthy lifestyle choices such as a regular stress reduction routine, regular movement routine, and a healthy diet low in processed foods and refined sugars will help keep your immune system strong. We have loads of information in our Tools and Guides section on our website for further research on nutrition, nutraceuticals, hydration, and stress management, brain health, a movement for both patients and providers. I hope this helps answer your question.
