I would add to the “foundation” my two other “pillars of health:” sunshine and the 3 Fs - Faith, Family, and Societal/social Function!

I teach/advocate therefore for the 5 Pillars of Health: Sunshine, sleep, diet/nutrition, movement, and the 3 Fs! :blush:
