Rescinding COVID Shots Emergency Use Authorization

FULL STATEMENT: (Washington, DC) — The Independent Medical Alliance (IMA), a national coalition of physicians, healthcare providers, and medical researchers, today applauded the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the FDA for revoking the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) of the COVID-19 mRNA shots, thereby nullifying all COVID shot mandates around the nation.

“Understand, the mRNA mandates have been a healthcare disaster, the full implications of which we’re just now beginning to experience,” said Dr. Joseph Varon, IMA President and Chief Medical Officer. “This experimental shot was forced upon workers, parents, and schoolchildren with the threat of destroying their lives if they didn’t comply.

But in reality, it’s the shot itself that has destroyed lives.

Today’s actions by the FDA are a much needed return to sanity, and the beginning of a reckoning for those who pushed these disastrous, anti-freedom mandates.”

Last month, the IMA called on HHS to fully repeal the COVID-19 shot EUA’s, and today HHS Secretary Kennedy announced that FDA has rescinded all EUAs for COVID-19 mRNA shots.

The FDA has given limited marketing approval for certain shots for those at “high risk,” with the decision to receive the shot being made jointly by the patient and their doctor.

What are your thoughts about these developments?

Is it just a coincidence that it happened just after this article? US Public Health Emergency Over Infant Deaths. 9 million children got COVID shot in 2025 !!!

I agree, it is a wonderful development, revocation of the EUA for COVID jabs all across the country! However, I always grimace when I see the concession that the jabs are OK for those at elevated risk, like the very sick young people and the elderly. Good grief! Why would any elderly person, or any very sick person, want to accept the risk of taking the covid jabs after all the catastrophic side effects (caused by micro-clotting), including heart problems, and chronic neurological dysfunctions have been observed and carefully documented by highly qualified independent researchers, and after there are plentiful effective and much safer alternative preventatives and treatments?? Besides, I would not expect most doctors (outside the IMA domain) to be able or willing to advise these patients in a responsible way about their risk/benefit profile.

:+1: Your point is well made. Hopefully what’s happened is the thin edge of the wedge. That’s what I’m hoping.

Strict INFORMED Consent, not mandates, should be the policy for all ‘vaccines’! In other words “Mandates are required to make a person do what reasonable analysis doesn’t!” Let the responsible adult make the choice and let pharmaceutical manufacturers be liable for their products.
