JAMA recently posted study claiming 15-20% improvement of All-Cause mortality for process oils versus butter? This doesn’t make sense to me. Any inputs on this?

This episode explores the controversies surrounding seed oils and their health impacts, raising concerns about their marketing as healthy options despite the presence of natural toxins and discussing potential conflicts of interest within the scientific community.​

I think they explain why seed oils are a problem in an easy but factual way.

In general I believe oil that has been used in deep frying for a long time are the most oxidized. Don’t eat fast food fries.
