Policy for a new healthcare system

Dear all,

I am wondering what you would say would be the policy planks that you would put in place should you be elected to high office.

I have come up with the following in the document. I wish to keep it short and brief.

  1. Establish a health promoting culture

  2. Restore accountability

  3. Adopt subsidiarity (lower entry requirements and occupational licensing requirements)

  4. Partner with farmers and ranchers
