Getting a ton of emails about my points accumulation. Will this be mutable?
We’ve been waiting for this feedback. Some points are one-time events, but others are daily to get people coming back. So there is a balance. I think we will turn off the email notifications and leave the Activity Feed entries. However, I don’t think anyone really sees their activity feed.
You can see your points grow next to your name as well, but be alerted in some fashion to let people know the system exists is important.
I like the concept quite a bit. Being able to individually turn off these notifications might be the right balance. I think they do remind people to come back and that is a positive. Is there a way to put a points threshold in. for instance,
