Scope: 300-study review by the McCullough Foundation: the widest autism-risk analysis to date.

Findings on vaccines:

  • 136 studies examined vaccination/components

  • 107 (79 %) showed a vaccine–autism link; 29 “no link” papers lacked true unvaccinated controls

  • All 12 studies comparing fully vaccinated vs. unvaccinated kids found far lower autism rates and better overall health in the unvaxxed group.

  • Other confirmed risk factors: older parents, prematurity, genetics, toxicants, maternal inflammation, gut-brain disruption.

  • Biologic pathways: immune dysregulation, mitochondrial stress, neuro-inflammation triggered during critical brain-development windows.

  • Headline takeaway: Routine, early-timed childhood vaccination is flagged as the dominant preventable driver within a multifactorial autism model.
