Can you take nattokinase at the same time as ivermectin, or should I take them at different times of the day? I just wanted to make sure there weren’t any negative interactions with taking them both at noon.
I’ve been told by Scott Marsland to take Natto on an empty stomach and of course IVM with food.

Nattokinase doesn’t even come up on drug interaction checkers like medscape. That said, it’s once a day or one every 12 hrs and on empty stomach as the above posted. And ivermectin usually with a meal like dinner, or I suppose you could do lunch. There should be more discussion also about how getting vit D from sun is better than supplementation, and that sun has many other benefits that are important for health.
