Medical Freedom Voices -- Who are you following and amplifying?

I think one of the most important things we can do is to amplify the voices of those on the front lines fighting for medical freedom and bringing truth back to science.

Share the information with others both in person and on social media.

If I had to pick one social media account to have, it would be Twitter. Cutting edge news comes out daily and generally uncensored since Elon Musk took over. There is still a bit and some shadow banning but I find by following the accounts that align with my interests, I mostly avoid the censorship.

Not sure who to follow? How to find the great information to amplify?

The Vigilant Fox did a medical freedom tribute in substack and twitter a while ago with a long list of medical freedom and anti-censorship accounts to follow. Follow each of these and you will find your feed filled with lots of great info. And drop your own Twitter handle in the replies so we can all follow each other. (@kwstewart94 to follow me)

One substack I love and recommend is Paul Thacker’s The Disinformation Chronicle

I agree 100% and I’ve tried to vet many bots etc. I believe I’m following many trustworthy sources on Twitter/X and follow up with a deeper dive elsewhere if necessary.

I like Substack too and follow lots of great writers and their stories I am @JessC252 on Twitter/X

Great substack!

Just followed you on Twitter.

Agree – love substack. I follow a ton of them and they are rich with deeper dives. I use twitter for my up to the moment news and then substack gives me the broader/deeper views and analysis.

My must read every morning is Coffee & Covid

Yes, Coffee & Covid covers it quick & easy. Dr. Paul Marik was the first mainstream doctor I heard speaking about alternative covid protocols and found published .pdf protocols at that time on EVMS website. I’m sure those are no longer easy to find if available at all. So thankful for all the doctors listed in Vigilant Fox’s list as well as my own functional m.d. fighting for his patients here in CO. Was able to quickly put together a local network of healthcare providers by word of mouth that felt like an underground network. As a biochemist myself, I initially looked at first SARS papers. Scary times when hundreds of published papers start disappearing from public access. Thankful to the FLCCC team that continually confirmed all the gaslighting.

Vitamins and supplements can play a crucial role in managing anemia, particularly when it’s caused by nutritional deficiencies. Iron, vitamin B12, and folate are key nutrients that support red blood cell production and can help alleviate symptoms. However, it’s essential to consult a healthcare provider before starting any supplements, as excessive intake can have side effects. A balanced diet rich in these nutrients, along with proper medical guidance, is the best approach to addressing anemia effectively.
