magnesium glycinate

I’m wondering if anyone else has any experience with taking magnesium glycinate. I am vax injured and saw it on the second line therapy of I-Recover. Took first pill (100Mg.) with dinner two nights ago and had the best night of sleep in literally years. - deep sleep that you feel restored when you wake up. I thought I was getting enough magnesium through my diet but apparently not. Has anyone else had this same experience?

I find I sleep better too when I am taking magnesium. My favorite is MG-zyme from Biotics Research – it’s a combo of several different types of magnesium.

You know, I just realized I started myself on mag glycinate I had because of my son, and also had the best night of sleep I’ve had in years last night. It will be wonderful if this continues and I can stop taking all srots of other pills to try to get to sleep and stay in a good sleep.

First a huge thank you to FLCCC for setting up these forums. I did not have as much success with the magnesium last night, but I know what I did wrong was dietary- I did not stay on my low histamine diet. I’m going to try the magnesium again tonight and will take it consistently.
