Personal opinion:
There is ZERO reason to buy questionably sourced IVM & Fenben/Meben over the mail from China or India. Too many issues: quality concerns, shipment delays, potential scams, potential for regulatory interference, confiscation, etc. This is your life, it's not a game of roulette in Vegas.
With this in mind, I have (for 12-18months) been collecting & building relationships with pharmacies in the US who have cooperative relationships with like-minded MDs, and who provide quality products at an affordable pricepoint.
I have personally (by phone) interviewed the pharmacists and staff at more than 30 compounding pharmacies in the US, determining both their sourcing, the quality of their team, examined outside testing procedures, and even engaged in buying products from them just to examine and have product tested.
These are my first 2 “go to” pharmacies in the US. They are well familiarized with the two primary protocol groups (a) William Makis’ protocols, and b) the IMA protocol). Most importantly: they both ship nationwide.
These both engage in cooperative relationships with MDs for review and prescription.

3Rivers has an online ordering form (which is rather problematic), but I know they are in process of overhauling it. If you order form them, i’d recommend filling it out, downloading it, emailing to them, and include all relevant data in bullet point form in your email as well (the PDF form will ‘bugger up’ your data)…
Personally I like IndiaMart for my IVM purchases. I have used 2 vendors over the past 4 years and both vendors provided product that has worked for me and my friends and family. I buy 6mg and 12mg tabs from 2 different manufacturers in India. Although I haven’t had them chemically tested, I know that they work for anything that has appeared to be viral in nature. Although shipping is expensive the final cost per tab is only about 10 cents per pill. I haven’t had any issues with customs although one larger package was opened for inspection which delayed final delivery by about a week. The vendors on IndiaMart are very competitive and they have all been vetted by the portal. They want your business and will be very accommodating with helping you navigate an order exported to your country. In both cases I used the Wise payment portal and it was very easy and inexpensive. All in all my experience with IndiaMart vendors has been positive and I will continue to make my purchases for IVM and related meds through that portal.
Thanks thatechguy most helpful.
Thanks vegandan as always.
Thank you, thatechguy. What a service you have done for us.
This is valuable information to have, but there are patients who do not necessarily want their medicine use to show up on MyChart, which American prescriptions are apt to do.
Others simply cannot afford to pay 20 to 30 times the going Indian price (delivered) for ivermectin and other repurposed medications.
There are totally reputable manufacturers in India (who are supplying American and Canadian pharmacies), and who have COAs for their products. The problem is sorting the sheep from the wolves. But poor people are forced to do exactly that.
Totally agree. However, there are many people who are willing to pay a higher price simply for the peace of mind that comes with verified suppliers that have some sort of guarantee of quality. I’m not one of those people because with enough do diligence I believe one can ascertain the vendors who are honest and provide the same quality products at a much lower price with similar or better service. The US medical system is a monopoly that ensures people are locked into a high price system that keeps pharma rich. IMHO.
@vegandan That due diligence is critical. Trust but verify. Trust but verify.
Agreed. 'Am hoping that reforms being attempted/planned by RFK, Jr. “et. al.” will help us in the future. 'Can’t say that I had a higher confidence in Tony Fauci’s oversight than I do in the Indian government’s.
You have to decide how much trust you want to put in Indian manufacturing licensing and monitoring, and how much trust you want to put in the licensing and monitoring of the laboratories that prepare the COAs.
I recently received 1000 tabs of Iverguard-12 tabs exp 05/2028 from Shubh Pharma for $39.
Prior to the resumption of shipping to the USA by India Post, I received 1000 tabs of Iverguard-12 exp 05/2028 from Medvay Pharma via United Arab Emirates for $153 which included Dubois surcharge for 30% tariff. I also got two other related products from Medvay Pharma.
Medvay Pharma is 5-Star all the way.

I agree, I went with 3Rivers.
I found out from Brightworks that Indian “brand names” are not protected and any Indian manufacturer can put any “brand name” they want on a package. Best to buy direct from the manufacturer if this is true:
UPDATE: After doing all the research/investigation to confirm legitimate products with COAs from legitimate manufacturers, we placed orders with three different suppliers. Medvay Pharma had the best communications, and appeared to do the best job. But, subsequently, because of a banking error, Medvay Pharma got paid twice for one order. And, it turns out that the principals of Medvay Pharma are NOT honorable people; Parth Pahuja, Prafulla Ashok Kakde, and Bharti Devidas Bhaje refused to return the second, double excess payment.
@PFVF Thanks for this info. Again to all, (boring reminder alert) please know the IMA doesn’t promote, review or approve any vendor, and we always say please do your due diligence.
