My wife is taking Ivermectin for Long Vax. She has been prescribed a dose of 500 mg of Quercetin twice daily to help manage a high histamine problem. I know that you should not take Quercetin with Ivermectin but is it OK if the doses are spaced 6 hours apart?
I follow FLCC protocol which says to take at different times. If I’m taking IVM and Quercetin, I take Quercetin at breakfast and the IVM after lunch.
I have historically taken my quercetin at noon and the IVM with my dinner meal with no issues.
If she has a high histamine level, you might be interested in a book by Dr. Lawrence Afrin called “Never Bet Against Occam”. It explains mast cell activation disease and he is the leading expert in the world on the subject. It is clear that mast cell activation syndrome is exacerbated by long covid and/or vax injury. Problem is establishment docs got about 10 minutes of training in medical school on the subject of mast cell activation. Several other excellent articles on the same subject can be found in Epoch Times.
