Has any one had issues with ivermectin increasing bleeding risk in any clinically appreciable way for patients on Eliquis? I have a 79 year with what I think is long-covid and interested to try it for her.

(I ask since my understanding is that acting a mild blood thinner is one of ivermectin’s many mechanisms of action)
