IVM is lipophilic which means that it has enhanced bioavailability when taken with a meal containing fats. It takes about 6 hours to dissolve 50% in water and almost 17 days for 90% in water. Because it is a large molecule it doesn’t pass through the BBB easily. So with fasting, when you do eat, it is best absorbed with a meal that has some fat in it.
Correct. Ivermectin is fat soluble so when you do eat it is best absorbed with water. Both ivermectin and intermittent fasting help rid the body of the spike protein in different ways, IF through autophagy and IVM ability to bind to spike etc. Not meant to be interpreted as needing to do them at the same time.
