Is it good to fast for 16 hours then have two meals within those eight hours?
Six to 8 hours is perfect.
Please someone share the logic of limiting the no vax policy to healthy kids and pregnant women. If anyone shouldn’t be getting the jab it is anyone who is unhealthy. Taking someone who is sick and making them even sicker seems stupid to me.
