For those of you with elderly family members:

If you can, go with them to their doctor’s appointments for the next few months.

My friend texted me that they tried to give her elderly father a flu, pneumonia, one she couldn’t remember, and Covid vaccine.

ALL AT ONCE.

They will trick these patients into doing it. It happened to my mom, and she was clueless:

“My doctor said I needed them.”

Please just go if you can, and be their advocate.

98 yo mom went to OHSU for surgery and she was tested for SC2. Fortunately she tested negative but I would have cancelled the surgery if they had insisted on the jab. Was present for each procedure and it is helpful to know what the medical personnel are doing with your parents.

Fantastic! What a great age your mom has lived to, what are her secrets for a long life? She must have seen so many changes in her lifetime. Not all of them for the better.

Good genes on my mother’s side. Hoping I got some of those genes. Being vegan for 34 of my 75 years is probably helpful to reach 100 as well.
