Just to add my 2 cents here with something that can also help as an adjunct when it comes to the aspect of bone health and HRT.
"Results
***Earthing of an electrically insulated human organism during night rest causes lowering of serum concentrations of *iron, ionized calcium, inorganic phosphorus, and reduction of renal excretion of calcium and phosphorus. Earthing during night rest decreases free tri-iodothyronine and increases free thyroxine and thyroid-stimulating hormone. The continuous earthing of the human body decreases blood glucose in patients with diabetes. Earthing decreases sodium, potassium, magnesium, iron, total protein, and albumin concentrations while the levels of transferrin, ferritin, and globulins α1, α2, β, and γ increase. These results are statistically significant."
What this means is calcium is not leeching out of your bones when you sleep grounded.
Now they need to clarify that it’s not just for younger women, but older ones as well.
Now they need to get the word out to doctors so it doesn’t take 20 years to turn the ship.
Now they need to change the advice for cancer patients. They are suffering miserably when the same data also shows that estrogen is cancer protective EVEN for people with hormone positive breast cancer. (Dr Avrum Bluming paper where 24 of 25 studies showed that.) Lots of writings by Dr Lindsey Berkson on that as well.
Now they need to mainstream the urine tests you can get to make sure your body is processing estrogen along a cancer protective pathway rather than one which could be dangerous. Especially since so many people have unhealthy environments, diets, etc.
All great points, thank you @qofmiwok, I suppose we can all do our bit by sharing articles and research. I know we have some info coming from our doctors soon.
