I have developed a keen interest in making my own fermented drinks, it is like a healthy cordial that I can mix with some sparkling water and herbs for a delicious, healthy tall cold drink.
I saw this recipe for making Cranberry water, and I am off to get the ingredients.
Cranberries are a very rich source of Vit C that can be helpful to cleanse the liver because it increases the protection of glutathione due to his high vitamin C and I suppose what they are best known for as a fruit is that they are believed to help prevent E. coli from adhering to the urinary tract walls.
Here is the recipe for the cranberry water: one cup of washed organic cranberries, 2 cups of water, blend add 1/2 of lemon squeezed strain out the cranberry water and add your lemon and 1 teaspoon of honey to sweeten.
