I am a nurse practitioner in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA. I was vaccine injured after one Moderna injection in early 2021. I was being pushed to get another so left the practice I was working in. My specialty is Internal/Integrative/Addiction Medicine. I have worked in various roles since but there remains an invisible mandate in this region despite having a medical exemption letter.
