I have anxiety just from thinking about the cost of saffron let alone using it.

My son takes ashwagandha every evening. He doesnt like taking much, but this he notices when he forgets.

Thats so interesting, and does he take it for general health or for anxiety?

I am taking Ashwagandha for its adaptogenic properties for cortisol dysregulation. At a level of 2000 mg a day I realized anxiety (that I didn’t recognize before) was improved at night. At 3000 mg I had significant improvement in my cortisol pattern. :blush:
