You can get ivermectin as well as hydroxychloroquine and more emergency essential meds from Allfamilypharma.com. It’s an american company based in Boca Raton FL. A MD will order a prescription after answering a bunch of health questions. It can be shipped anywhwere in US.
Not OTC in NW Arkansas, but you might be able to get it at a compounding pharmacy. That’s the case in West Texas where I live. It’s more expensive, but no prescription is required.
