Any experiences with Urolithin A?

Dr. Saleeby did a nice 9-minute talk about urolithin-A. I had not heard of it until two days ago when I met with my naturopath and we were talking about gut issues.

I only found one reference to Urolithin A by @vegandan in the forums (7 months ago). I thought this would be an interesting topic to discuss as it sounds amazingly beneficial, on the level of a panacea, yet I don’t know how many people are familiar with it.

I found what appears to be a good price and source for it at Nutriissa and am going to give it a try.

I have used Urolithin A by Codeage for about 1 month. Fatigue, chronic, severe for 4 years. It has helped considerably. Incidentally, I have tried everything over the last 4 years.
