I’m new & I have an Account Profile Error that needs to be corrected BUT system won’t let me do the correction. Need admin’s help?

Thank you for your reply. It just makes me so upset. I worked for uchealth in Colorado Springs and they told us they were even parting of the testing group and it was safe.
