90% of NHS (UK) nurses and doctors refused the flu vaccine

Reported on the news in the UK, that most of the doctors and nurses working in public health have refused the flu vaccine, that includes 2024 and 2025.

I can’t image what changed in the past 5 years that have made them doubt the efficacy of these jabs :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

What do you do to avoid getting flu?

During the pandemic, I worked for an online clinic providing care remotely. When I left there, I started my health care company. Now that I set my own policies, I can truly make the decision for myself.

Follow IMA prevention protocols, especially keeping my D3 level at 90+, checked twice yearly. Also use saline nasal rinse daily. Has worked well for 4+ years, not only for flu, but also Covid and other respiratory issues.

I try to keep my immune system strong: eat well, stay hydrated, get enough sleep, and keep up regular exercise. I also make sure to wash my hands often, avoid touching my face, and steer clear of crowded places when flu season hits.

Always love to hear about independent healthcare providers, what sort of service do you provide @bobbie
