This was my message - " Now the people noted on your about us page can’t be found anywhere. Can you provide more info so I can verify them please. Thanks Greg" I got an answer that they don’t have public profiles and to send an email to the ceo at an email address. I have more info from a forum member with info that points to caution. We don’t do censoring. So I’m between a rock and a hard place. And to note, the IMA, of course, to maintain our ‘No conflict of interest’ position doesn’t promote any vendor. Our pharmacy provider list isn’t vetted or approved, it’s open to anyone to add themselves to the list. We are working very hard on a “Trusted Providers Network” as this is our most requested question (Where can I find a…) But on the Pharmacy’s it’s trust, but please, please verify.

I can’t do pm’s on this, apologies. But for e.g. I searched for their name, as their website purports, that they’re registered here. Another Forum member sent a report that I’ve just re-read which mentions the same issues and more that I found. If I feel I need to do a little digging I do, but it’s unoffical (for my own interest). It’s just me trying to help ensure vendors on the forum are legit, without it being an official IMA position. I had gotten a little wary. So it’s my own research after 1 forum member highlighted, and now another has. Please maybe see the premises in which they’re based. Maybe where their website is registered etc.

From what I’ve reviewed, the site doesn’t claim to be a brick-and-mortar Canadian pharmacy or to be registered with the Ontario College of Pharmacists. It appears to operate as an international online service working with licensed manufacturers and fulfillment partners in different countries.
I agree that wording can sometimes be interpreted differently, and transparency is important, so it’s reasonable to flag anything that might cause confusion. Appreciate you sharing your perspective.

You said it! Here’s an even bigger outrage: I use a medication called Trelegy Ellipta for my COPD. It retails in the US for about $5900/year. In 2025 Anthem/Medicare charged me about $400 for a 90-day supply. They upped it to $675/90 days in 2026. My wife found a Canadian Pharmacy on-line that could get it from India for $175/90 days. I had never thought to inquire of my Indian sources for ivermectin, and when I did their price was $198 for a 6 month supply! Needless to say, we jumped on that immediately. There is no reason any of these meds need to cost so much more here.
