Thanks vegandan. It opens fine for me, but then I’m opening with a VPN connected to Spain. I don’t have AVAST. Iacoph will be most interested.
@IMA-GregT you may be able to open the site but it may not be safe to do so. Avast has blocked the site because people have reported something wrong with it. It might be spyware, or a virus or some other problem associated with the site. It also might be a false positive and completely safe. However, you open the site at your own risk. Unless I know otherwise, I always avoid sites that Avast has flagged.
Thanks vegandan, iacoph has been in touch with me a few times, for example he asked me to update their contact details recently which I did. And the number he asked me to change it to, matches the contact number on their website. So I hear completely where you’re coming from. I hope I’m not being naive. maybe I am. But there is no IMA stamp of approval for any vendor, we’re completely “no conflict of interest”. Did AVAST mention why? Maybe it’s that they’re selling IVM? Also, just to mention your caution is most appreciated, always.
Avast doesn’t have a political agenda. It just automatically blocks sites that have been reported as having some sort of security problem. It is from their database.
Yeah, we’ve seen that Avast sometimes blocks our site. We actually reached out to their support a few times asking them to re-check, but never really got a response.
The tricky part is there are a bunch of fake sites out there copying our name and design — we’ve even had people come to us saying they got scammed after ordering from one of those. That’s one of the reasons we started this thread in the first place: to be open with everyone and share our real, official websites here.
We get why you’d be cautious. To make it easier, we’re also working on setting up an additional site so you won’t run into these access issues. As soon as it’s ready, we’ll drop the link here.
I had completely written off supplies of ivermectin from North America as too expensive. A friend of ours was paying $4/3mg tablet, prescribed by his urologist for bladder cancer. That is absurd. I started buying mine (initially as a preventative) from India 2 years ago, and never had an issue. Since dealing with cancer I’ve ordered in lots of 300-500 tablets. (I’m taking 36-48mg/day.) My current supplier charges $.15/12mg tablet. Shipping runs $15-30. It has been fine, but you do have to allow time for clearing customs there and here.
Would you provide information on where in TN to purchase IVM please. ?
What is your official website please ?

HI cajnomadrn - are you asking us at the IMA? Just fyi, we don’t sell any products (except maybe branded clothing and accessories in our online store) but no pharmaceuticals or therapueics for sale, as we have to always be able to say we have ‘No conflicts of interest’.
So our official site is https://imahealth.org/. And to mention, any folks who are selling in the forums, are selling without IMA having reviewed, and approved. It’s info here only, and please be careful, and look into the supplier carefully.
You’re absolutely right — buying directly from India can save a lot of money. The downside, as you said, is dealing with customs and finding a supplier you can really trust.
What we try to offer is a way to take those headaches off your plate: certified products, guaranteed delivery, multiple payment options, and shipping that usually takes just 5–7 days. Plus, for regular customers we provide significant discounts, so over time it works out to be very cost-effective as well.
Have supplies from India been suspended due to the tariffs? Where can I find supplies at a reasonable price?
Thanks.
HI there. great question. Please see DM from me. Thanks Greg
We’d love to hear from you! ![]()

I’m still getting the hang of the mechanics of this forum; sorry to take so long to reply. The short answer is: I don’t know. I had just received a substantial order of ivermectin and mebendazole prior to President Trump’s announcement of possible tariffs. Right around then, I had inquired of some Indian suppliers regarding Niclosamide. The pricing I got was still very reasonable. Then I subsequently read an article saying that responsibility for collecting the tariffs might be put on the carriers for international orders, so some carriers may refuse to handle them. Trade negotiations with India are ongoing, so let’s hope an agreement is reached that allows these kinds of transactions to occur unimpeded. Perhaps exceptions for medicines, or small dollar amounts? The orders I have placed previously ran around $150. I’ll probably start getting serious about another order by late October, and will let you know of any difficulties.
Just for your information, My Free Doctor (MFD) is still in operation across all 50 US states. They can provide a physician to prescribe ivermectin from a compounding pharmacy. Their physician that was licensed to practice in New York left and for awhile they could not prescribe it to patients in NY. Now, just recently, they have a physician again for NY. When I was using their service, I was able to obtain (after filling out a lengthy patient intake form) a full dose in one capsule, 3-months’ supply package for only about $60, from a very user-friendly and medical-freedom aligned pharmacy in Florida. MFD expects a donation, but waives that expectation if your budget cannot afford it. I always gave the donation, but I figure I came out ahead price-wise anyway, considering the high prices from most other sources - plus I did not have the uncertainty of drug quality that I would have had with product from India.
That peace of mind is meaningful to many.
The Indian government has suspended shipments to U.S., but exporters still are shipping via Dubai Post. Dubai Post is taking advantage of the circumstance, gouging by tacking on a 30% “tariff” surcharge (even for orders less than the $800 “de minimis” U.S. tariff exemption), Still, when you can get Iverguard-12 tablets @ $.08 to $.15 each, the 30% surcharge doesn’t appear prohibitive.
Thanks for sharing this update. Just to note — these changes with Dubai Post haven’t affected our shipments or pricing. The cost of our deliveries and the price of tablets remain the same for our customers.
Hi @molonlabedoc , just fyi, so we can maintain our “No conflict of Interest” IMA doesn’t recommend any suppliers from wherever they compound or produce and send. Our list is free to join, without confirmation of business and product integrity. So, unitl we have a more robust system, (which would need a funding mechanism etc) please know it’s very much a buyer beware.
We’re very happy if you DM those who say they provide, and get the assurances you need.
And DM those that have suggested suppliers too. Then look to see if the addresses on the websites are bona fide addresses. Even check that the people on the About US are real people and contactable, and who respond with enough detail to make you feel comfortable that you’re really getting what you’re ordering.
Homework required unfortunately… as with everything ![]()
